By placing an order with Newport Charcuterie, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Board Loan Policy

We proudly present our charcuterie offerings on reusable boards, trays, or platters, which are loaned to you as part of your order.

Boards must be returned within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery or pickup.
Boards must be returned in clean and good condition.
If a board is lost, damaged, or not returned within the required time frame, we reserve the right to invoice the full replacement cost, which typically ranges between $30–$120 depending on the style and size.

If you prefer a disposable platter, please choose a disposable option, request this at checkout or contact us directly.

Food Allergies & Allergen Disclaimer

We work with a variety of ingredients including, but not limited to:

Tree nuts
Dairy
Gluten
Meats
Fruits and vegetables that may be handled alongside allergens

While we take food allergies extremely seriously and do our best to accommodate requests, we do not operate in a certified allergen-free kitchen. Cross-contamination is always a possibility. By ordering, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any allergic reactions or health outcomes related to ingredient exposure.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery to receive a refund.
Changes to orders (guest count, board type, dietary needs) must be submitted no later than 2 days in advance, and may be subject to availability.

Liability & Client Responsibility

Once an order is picked up or delivered, you are fully responsible for the proper storage, handling, and timely consumption of the food provided.
Perishable items should be refrigerated within 2 hours of delivery if not consumed.
We are not responsible for any food-borne illness resulting from improper handling once the order is in your possession.
